ChemRoutes Corporation is a private technology company based in Edmonton, Alberta, incorporated in 1999.
It works at the interface of medicinal chemistry, chemical biology and nanotechnology. It has designed and developed ChemArrays, Canada's largest screening collection of novel focused small molecules around its proprietary scaffolds.
These templates are based on spirocycle and nitrogen bridgehea motifs with two to three points of diversity. These librairies can be used for oncology, infectious diseases, neurodegenerative diseases, cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, to name a few.
Additional applications can also be found in agrochemicals, food, falvouring, animal health, bio-defense and environmental research.
