Precision NanoSystems Inc. (“PNI”) is a University of British Columbia spin-off company that was founded in 2010 and is headquartered in Vancouver, with offices in South San Francisco. PNI develops and sells the proprietary NanoAssemblr™ product suite, which is used by the world’s leading academic institutions, and pharmaceutical and biotech companies, for the discovery, development and manufacture of nanomedicines. The NanoAssemblr platform is used by > 80 companies including, 12 of the top 15 publically- listed Pharma multi-nationals, and private biotechnology companies that have collectively raised over US$3 Billion.  PNI has emerged as the market-leader in the discovery, development and manufacture of nanomedicines. The proprietary NanoAssemblr Platform has accelerated the development of new types of nanomedicines for lower cost.

Dr. Kodukula is a life science professional with 20 years of experience in business development, licensing, alliance management and program management. Padma received a PhD in viral immunology from University of Illinois at Chicago and MBA from San Diego State University. Padma has worked at Human Longevity Inc., Life Technologies, Prometheus Laboratories, Biosite, Pfizer and BD Biosciences managing collaborative partnerships with molecular diagnostics and pharmaceutical companies.

Dr. Taylor is a co-founder of PNI and has lead PNI’s technology and commercialization team since the technology’s invention. Dr. Taylor has a B.A.Sc. in engineering physics from UBC and a Ph.D. in genetics from the Institute for Systems Biology. James worked at the venture capital firm, Accelerator Corporation, and has nearly a decade of experience in microfluidics, nanotechnology and systems biology. Dr. Taylor is a member of the Board of Directors of Life Science British Columbia.
